When using Customer Insights, there is a very insightful tab that provides information on your level of consent (what communications are allowed to receive). Out of the box, this tab was only available via the Marketing Customer Insights Form, however now you are able to add this component to your own forms and embed surrounding fields around them. This previously was not possible when you manually embedded this component onto your form.

To accomplish this task, open the form you want to modify, and navigate to the components section. Once there you will see a component called “ContactabilityGrid”, drag that onto your form.

After adding the component to your form, you can then fill in the rest of the form with your components as you see fit.
